Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return period for items that meet our return eligibility criteria. If you need to return a product, please contact us through any of our official channels within five (5) days of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Complaint
    Contact us through any of our available channels and complete the return request form. Please include clear photos of the delivered product along with your purchase receipt as proof.
  2. Return Authorization
    Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Code and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Track Your Return
    A return waybill number will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your return.
  4. Resolution Process
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it meets our return conditions, Global Access Distribution Limited will provide a resolution. This may include a refund (in line with our refund policy) or a replacement item.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been altered from their original condition or opened by unauthorized persons.
  • Items with missing or tampered serial numbers or Universal Product Code (UPC).
  • Products that are damaged, scratched, or broken due to misuse.
  • Items without a valid or verifiable proof of purchase.

Return Guidelines

  • Returns can be initiated within 7 days for eligible items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, seals, tags, and accessories.
  • Ensure all passwords or security locks are removed from devices before returning them; failure to do so will invalidate the return.
  • Returns due to a change of mind are only accepted if you choose an alternative item of equal value. Refunds are not provided in such cases.
